Dear Deb and Susan,
Our sympathy to you on the loss of your dear father. Howard was so faithful to keep in touch with his co-pilot, Ozzie Sorbel, as the years rolled by after WWII. He and Wilma would visit our parents in Minnesota and we
loved their sweet southern spirit. Howard and my dad thrilled us with their detailed recounting of enemy aircraft attacks on their missions over Italy and France. We enjoyed the video about his life. Thank you for sharing it online. We pray that your memories will be sweet and in your sorrow you will be comforted by the Lord.
