He was the icon of Coletta’s Italian Restaurants for more than 5 decades. After my Daddy died, in 1978, he was always there for me and my family. He has been ill for quite a few years and this came as no surprise but that doesn’t make it any easier. He did live a full, fruitful life and was a generous man to his family, relatives, friends, employees, the Italian, Catholic, and Memphis community. He will be missed terribly and I’m sure he’s in heaven cooking up some kind of Italian dish with his 2 brothers and parents. Rest with God, Uncle Horest you deserve it.
