Horace R. Dickenson's Obituary
Mr. Horace R. “Doc” Dickenson of Weirsdale, FL passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. He was 99 years old. He was born in Rives, TN and moved to Weirsdale from Ocala, FL in 2010. H.R. was a retired trim carpenter. After his retirement, he enjoyed repairing and restoring old furniture. H.R. would often go to auctions to find his next project. He is survived by his son, Marc Dickenson of Weirsdale, grandchildren, Wyll Dickenson of Griffin, GA, Russell Young of Memphis, TN and Sara Trawick of Nashville, TN; 6 great grandchildre12151913n and niece, Hazell Dowdy of Martin, TN. Mr. Dickenson will be entombed at Memorial Park in Memphis, TN. Condolences, memories, photos and videos may be shared on the tribute wall.
