Henry Granby Wilcox's Obituary
Henry Granby Wilcox, 85, passed away April 8, 2018. He was born January 26, 1933. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired professor of Pharmacology from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine. He was an active member of Germantown Chorus and Independent Presbyterian Church Choir. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jane Lee Wilcox; children, David Wilcox and Robin Wilcox; grandchildren, Nathan and Ben; and sister, Mary Alice Lipman. He was preceded in death by parents, Alice and Albert Wilcox. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, and a service celebrating his life will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 11 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
