Helen Teresa “Terri” Cesani, 66, passed away November 8, 2017. Terri was preceded in death by her father, Cornelius Modinger, Jr. and mother, Helen Thompson Modinger. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Richard Cesani; brother, Cornelius “Neil” Modinger, III and beloved cat, Rose. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, November 15 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN 38119 (901) 767-8930. “Celebrating Life… Behind the Stone Wall”.
