Helen Saliba's Obituary
Helen Marie Ward Saliba, 89, passed away July 4, 2015. A retired Registered Nurse, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Russell Saliba and siblings, Evelyn Blackburn, Robbie Thomas, and Bob Ward. She is survived by her children, Dianne Alsworth, Jenny Saliba, Steve Saliba, David Saliba (Lorrin), Chip Saliba, and Mari Ann Mokry (Rick); sisters, Anne Michie and Sarah Shults; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and former husband, Dr. Norman Saliba. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the service begins at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 9, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119, “Behind the Stone Wall”.
