Hearsey Sproze Fennell, Jr.'s Obituary
Hearsey Sproze Fennell, Jr., 88, a Master Electrician and Veteran of the United States Air Force and longtime resident of both Memphis, Tennessee and Hernando, Mississippi, passed away peaceful at the Oxford State Veterans Home in Mississippi. He was born on October 10th, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee to Hearsey Fennell, Sr. and Valeria Stovall Fennell.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol, his five children, Hearsey S. Fennell, III., Roy Clayton, Mark, Keith and Donna Kay Brocato and a sister, JoAnn McRae.
Hearsey was a dedicated manager at the Kellogg Company for 40 years. He was a problem solver at home and with his church. Hearsey participated in many missions to Central America and was an active member of Gideon International.
A private graveside service for the immediate family will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made in Mr. Fennell’s memory to Gideons International
