Hazel Adele Price's Obituary
Hazel Adele Price was born to Ulysses and Elizabeth Petty July 4, 1930. She graduated form Stanton High school and Florida Junior College School of Nursing, Jacksonville Florida. She served as a medical underwriter, pediatric, and delivery room nurse in Jacksonville hospitals; retiring from Eartha White Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She married Reuben Warren. From this union her first child was born, Deborah Elizabeth. She later married Johnny Price. From this union was born a second child Johnny Michael (deceased). She grew up with three loving sisters Gloria Davis (Lindell); Geraldine Byrd (James) and Juanita Ross (Robert). Later in life she welcomed brothers Stanley (Winifred), Steafon (Teesa), Gary, and Stephen (Tara) and sister Cynthia Petty. She also leaves her grandson, Jay Warren, great grandchildren, David and Daniel Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins as well as other loving family and friends from the Price and Jones Families, The Way International Ministry and the Memphis community. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 12 from 10:30 until service time of 11:30 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery in Jacksonville, Florida.“Celebrating Life….Behind the Stone Wall.”
