Jim, Terri, Mark and Melissa, I am sorry that I am just now seeing this otherwise I would have been there for you. I have been thinking about your Mom a lot lately. I think God was trying to get me to go see her. As usual I wasn’t paying close enough attention. I sure have a lot of fun memories from working with her at MDO and lots of stories about you kids. Take care and remember all the good times.

Melissa and family, I am so terribly sad to hear of your mom's passing. She was an encouragement to many and now she is reaping her reward with Jesus. I know you are rejoicing with her as she cries out with the angels to the Lord, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of hosts!"
I consider it a blessing to have known Glenda for many, many years through FEC and the Choir. She was a special person and faithful servant. We will miss her, but we will see her again. To God be the glory!
We became friends through Jan Lundy. Glenda encouraged to sale Tupperware as a single mom with two girls. When she started Mother’s Day Out at 1st Evan, she offered me a position and helped me find other things to do at 1st Evan. She was a God sent in so many ways. It has been a while since we have seen each other but I am grateful to call her my friend.
My cousin Glenda was a lovely, Godly and honored woman. I know she will be terribly missed by many. My thoughts, prayers and heart go out to her husband, Jim, their children Terri, Mark, Melissa, and all of the grandchildren. I am sorrowful that I missed the visitation and the celebration of life.
Glenda left a wonderful legacy of service to God through her family, church, and Christian education. I was at ECS RidgeLake at First Evan for 25 years and have fond memories of seeing Glenda as she served there through Mother's Day Out. Prayers for comfort for the family. There will be a grand reunion when we all get to Heaven. We can only imagine.
