I am Debra, the second daughter of Rev, & Mrs. Norlin Jones, who pastored the church where Glen attended since his first wife passed away. I remember how much Dad thought of him & his family. Glen's sister & her family were faithful members also. I remember seeing that young man coming into our little church group, holding that precious, little newborn, baby girl, Tracy. Glen was such a kind, man of God. I remember when we had a flat tire while traveling & who pulls over to help us but Glen Wright; driving a convertable, with the top down & his shirt flapping in the breeze. Dad was sure glad to see him. All of our family was standing on the side of the road, looking pretty helpless I am sure; 1 man, with his wife & 3 daughters stuck on the side of the road! I don't think Denny was born yet. Glen was a "God-send!"😀 This was before Glen & Linda were married. When Linda started to nurse's school in Memphis, she called us to get a ride to church. She was from East Tennessee & didn't have transportation. During this time, we had started caring for Tracy for a couple of years. She was like our little sister. One day after church, Glen came to Dad & said, "How about letting me take Linda back to her dorm." From then on.. they were "an item." Glen & Linda married & had two other children, Phillip & Carol, such cute little kids, with great big brown eyes. Glen touched many lives over his lifetime (I have read some of the most precious posts) Praying for God to hold you, Glen's entire family, in the palm of His Hand! Thank God you can know, that you KNOW, that Glen is with his Lord,Savior & his Friend!
