George Klein, 83, passed away February 5, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Dara Patterson Klein, who shared 31 years together. His visitation will be held Sunday, February 10 from 11 a.m. until his service begins at 2 p.m. at Me Read Obituary
GK, thanks for the many stories and precious memories that you shared with us over the airwaves and in person. You are truly missed!
So many things to say, not enough space. Thanks for everything Mr. Klein. You will be greatly missed and there’s a void left in Memphis.
My condolences go out to Mrs.Klein in the passing of GK. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to George on several occasions in the plaza by his radio booth.He was so personable and made Elvis come to life with all his stories of their time together.I’m gonna miss the “we’re gonna put the Memphis sound back in your town”God bless George and Elvis as they are once again together again.

losing someone we love is never easy, but the Bible gives us hope that we can see our loved ones again. And at that time death will be no more, revelation 21:3-5, this is a promise from Jehovah God. John 5:28,29..I hope these scriptures help the family. I’m so very sorry for your loss.
