Gary Robertson's Obituary
Gary N. Robertson, born on July 29, 1958, in Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on December 24, 2025, at St. Francis Bartlett Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Gary was the son of John Marshall and Norma Kate Robertson. He grew up in Pleasant Hill, Mississippi, where he made many memories with special people that stayed with him throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Keith Robertson.
Gary was known for his kind spirit, quick wit, and an easygoing sense of humor that brought smiles to those around him. His kindness and willingness to help others was evident to all who knew him and he rarely if ever asked for help himself. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Gary could always be counted on to enjoy a good Western. He loved the outdoors, especially rabbit hunting and fishing. At home, he took great care of his chickens, tending to them daily and enjoyed sharing eggs with family and friends.
Above all, Gary cherished his family and the moments spent with those he loved. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his warmth, infectious smile, ability to bluntly assess the obvious in a situation and the joy he brought into the lives of others. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
Gary is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Kuehl Robertson; his daughter Kristen (Hunter) Wiginton; his son John (Rachel) Robertson and daughter Tiffany (Rodney) Jordan; his sister, Marsha (David) Austill; and his many cherished grandchildren, who brought him great joy.
