Gary Davis' Obituary
Gary R. Davis, 67, passed away on November 16th, at St. Francis Hospital Memphis. He was a loving husband, father, and grandpa. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Susan Davis. He also leaves behind his three daughters, Debra Hathaway of Minnesota, Velva D. Hall of Tennessee, and Jennifer Fae Davis of Memphis; grandchildren, Richard A. Kreider, Kristopher M. Kreider, Michael John Malloy, Ashlee N. Lemmon, Mark Patrick Malloy; and one great grandson, Niklaus Alan Kreider. Mr. Davis enjoyed Ford Mustangs, travel and photography. He was a member of the Mid South Mustangs Club and Tennessee Ornithological Society. He was retired from Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad as a special agent. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 5:00 PM with the family to receive friends following the service, both at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 1:00 PM in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
