Frieda S. Cohen's Obituary
Frieda S. Cohen, 92, of Stuart, FL, formerly of Memphis, died on November 4, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-two years, Herbert M. Cohen and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sister Edna Daniels of Little Rock, AR and four children, Judy Barbe, Beverly Carl and Mitch Cohen, all of Stuart, FL and Butch Cohen of Memphis, ten Grandchildren and fifteen great-Grandchildren. She was past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors of Memphis and was active in the Memphis Real Estate market for years. She was also active with the Al Chymia Shrine Temple Charities. Visitation will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home Saturday, November 9th at 12 PM with funeral services at 1 PM and entombment to follow at Memorial Park Mausoleum.The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a contribution to Treasure Coast Hospice be made in Frieda’s name. They were truly Angels of God when it came to taking care of our family. Their warmth and compassionate care will always be appreciated.
