Dave Lindsey
Fred hired me at Rexham Corp in 1984 and served as my mentor until just a couple of days ago. Fred , without doubt, was the smartest man I have ever known. He was a “numbers” guy. He always knew the numbers and if he asked you for the numbers, you couldn’t buffalo him, because he already knew the answer to his question. As my boss, he always did the right thing. Probably the most ethical man I ever knew, whether he was dealing with a customer, a vendor or an employee. He always treated the other party with the utmost respect and , simply, did the right thing.
Everyone who knew him will miss him. As my lifelong mentor, I will continue to envision “what would Fred do in this situation” for many of my business decisions.
I have truly lost a brother and a friend.
Rest in peace, Fred,
Dave Lindsey
