Freddie Joe Castleman's Obituary
Freddie Joe Castleman, 76 of Southaven passed away March 6, 2017. Freddie was born November 3, 1940 in Vardaman, Mississippi to Carter Brown and Annie Lou Castleman. He was a member of Goodman Oaks Church of Christ; he owned and operated Horn Lake Auto Parts from 1976 – 2009. He had a passion for cars, this was passed on to his children and built cars with his grandsons. He loved his family with all his heart and will be dearly missed by his mother, Annie Lou Castleman; daughter, Lisa Castleman Gardner and her husband Ralph; son Daniel Castleman and his wife, Brandi; his brother Joe Castleman; his grandchildren, Paul Coletta, Jacob Coletta, Gabby Castleman and Elizabeth June Castleman. He was preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Braddock. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 8 from 5 pm – 7 pm and a funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 9 at 2:30 pm both will take place at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. A reception following the services will be held at the Parkside Event Center at Memorial Park.
