I worked with Frank at Medic Ambulance Service, where we both paramedics. I loved and admired him greatly!! He taught me so much!! I will miss him!

Frank was such a fine man, Husband. Father, Grandfather, Friend, Nurse, Community Volunteer, EMR, Paramedic, And so much more. I am honored to have him as a friend and to have worked beside him in SCSO Emergency Services. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. He will be sorely missed by all!
