Becky, our thoughts and prayers of comfort are with you. I remember you laughing and saying that I was ‘the other Becky in Frank’s life!’ I so enjoyed working with Frank on staff at St. John’s so many years ago. Buddy & I also remember Frank being one of the first people to come to our home when our son was killed in an automobile accident 10 years ago; he was a friend, a comforter and he prayed with us at such a tragic time. I learned so much from Frank – such a servant heart! I have so, so many times used his quotes or sayings – one that sticks in my mind in particular – “Everyone has their own brand of pain.” Frank – We’re thankful that God placed you in our lives where you made such a difference as you have for so many. – Becky and Buddy Good

Frank McRae was a dear man with a wonderful sense of humor and a love for people. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Frank at Mid-America for 7 years and our friendship remained steadfast even after I left. Frank counseled me through many a “crisis” over the years and sometimes I don’t know how I would have made it through life without his words of encouragement, his laughter, and his “mostly” good council:) Frank married me and Walter ten years ago in July and although he forgot to sign our marriage license and forced us to live in sin for a week while on our honeymoon, he helped bring the greatest love into my life. One of our favorite wedding pictures is of Frank with a cleaning tag smack dab on the middle of his stole. We’re glad he decided to clean up for our wedding! One of Frank’s smartest moves ever was marrying such a beautiful and talented wife, Becky. Becky we love you and pray that God will bring you comfort and strength throughout the days ahead.
