Frank Edward "Buddy" Carter's Obituary
Frank Edward Carter, 88 of Memphis, passed away April 25, 2016. Frank served in the U. S. Army during WWII and stationed in Japan after the war. He was a huge Memphis Tiger and Griz-zlie fan and the best there was at Ping Pong. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Irene Worley Carter; daughter, Carol Green ( Sean),; sons, Steve Carter, Mark Carter (Lori), Kenny Carter; grandchildren, Beth Carter, Rachel Adams (Wesley), Chelsea Tallon, Alex Tallon, Sarah Carter, Lindsey Burcham (Nick) and great-granddaughter, Chloe Carter. A funeral service will be held on, Thursday, April 28 at 11:30 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:30 a.m. Memorials may be made to The American Liver Foundation.His services have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119.
