Through introductions by mutual friends, I have shared Mr. Frank’s passion for Waterfowling spanning the last five decades. Mr. Camp left his imprint on the Delta ,more specifically the O K hunting grounds near Weiner Arkansas. Frank was a man that knew what he wanted from life and found a way to achieve what was important. I am thankful for his tutelage for he always saw this Tar Heel as a “work in progress “ The outdoors we shared will be forever diminished at his passing. He was my friend. Rod Holbrooks
