Graham Crawford Iii
He was my best man in our wedding, my coach in almost every sport and team I played for growing up, my fishing buddy, my best friend, and my confidant in life.
I’m blessed beyond measure to have had such a special father/son relationship with him. Our 3 wilderness canoeing trips to the Boundary Waters Quetico Superior NP and the 13 fly fishing trips to Alaska we took together over the years are memories I will forever cherish.
I will dearly miss our daily FaceTime calls, and celebrating with him when his LSU Tigers would win a big game. He loved to say “Love the purple and live the gold, Geaux Tigers”!
It brings us comfort to know that he’s now reunited with our Mom, the love of his life since he was 16 years old.
God’s speed Dad, “you done good” as your good friend Empson used to say to you! In your tribute, there will soon be a candle burning at the Notre Dame Grotto in your memory.
