Frances Mensi Sanford's Obituary
Frances Mensi Sanford of Memphis, Tennessee, died at the age of 99 on December 12, 2025. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Fred B. Sanford, and is survived by her daughter, Barbara Lisa Cook (Joel), and her grandson, Kevin Cook. Services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Monday, December 29, at 2 pm. with visitation beginning at 1 pm. The family requests that memorials be sent to St. Jude.
