Frances Wilson Rucker was born June 27, 1931 and passed away from this life January 18, 2021. She had two children, Daniel Fulghum and Deborah Fulghum Vego. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Jacob Fulghum, John Fulghum, Ross Vego and Amber Vego as well as three great grandchildren, Grace Vego, Sophia Vego, and Aubree Fulghum. She lived life to the fullest and loved every minute of it.
