I met Fr. Ed almost 40 years ago. He was a good friend. I will remember his deep faith, beautiful voice and especially his sense of humor. He loved to laugh and he loved making you laugh. When I married and moved away, we talked on the phone periodically. We talked about the books he was reading and our faith journey. He was creative. I am lucky enough to have the book he wrote, a CD and paintings of his. I will cherish them even more now that he is gone. I will still talk to him in heaven
. I’m sure Elvis came to greet him with the best cup of coffee he has ever had! Sending prayers to his family and all who loved him. He touched so many lives with his ministry.
