Fiona Scott's Obituary
Fiona McDougall Scott, of Germantown, died peacefully on November 8, 2013, at the age of 77. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, the daughter of the late John McDougall and Jean (Stoddart) McDougall (later Jackson), she graduated from Moffat School and attended the Glasgow School of Art, both in Scotland. After moving to Germantown, she and her late husband, Douglas Scott, founded and operated Acrylic Arts, Inc. for many years, but was always fond of recalling her first career as a Pan Am stewardess. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, caregiver and friend to many. She will be greatly missed by her three sons, Alan and his wife Angela of New York, NY; David of Cordova, and Doug and his wife Janice of Denver, CO, as well as four grandchildren, Andrew, Ian, Lori and Bennett, and many cousins, nieces and nephews all over the world. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, November 30, 2013, at 10:00 AM at Farmington Presbyterian Church, 8245 Farmington Boulevard, Germantown. Memorial donations may be sent to the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County.
