Fay Ann Hinrichs Harrison's Obituary
Fay Ann Hinrichs Harrison passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 92.
Fay was born October 18th, 1930 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the daughter of Walter Webster Hinrichs and Cecile Frances Seeger. She is predeceased by her loving husband Frederick Newton Harrison Jr. Fred and Fay were married for more than 70 years. A New Orleans girl at heart, Fay attended Sophie B. Wright High School and graduated from Soule Business School. She was a wonderful cook and always returned to the cajun recipes of her hometown. Fay will be remembered for her dry wit, love of life, and kind heart. She always had a twinkle in her eye, like she knew a great secret and wanted to share it with you. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on through the love and laughter she brought to those around her. Fay was long time parishioner of St. Paul Catholic Church. She was dedicated to the St. Paul School and Bishop Byrne community. She found joy volunteering for many charities and community events. Family was always at the center of her life, her pride and joy.
