Evelyn Louise Hart's Obituary
Evelyn Louise Hart, 84, passed away January 17, 2012 at Methodist University Hospital. She was born and raised in Bells, TN. Evelyn taught Sunday School at McLean Baptist Church during her early adult years and was a buyer for John Gerber Company. She retired from Baptist Memorial Hospital after 33 years; where she was well know as Ms. BMH. Evelyn was a member of the Memphis Motorcycle Club. She was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Louise McDonald and is survived by her husband, whom she loved dearly, LaRue Ecker Hart, Jr.; daughter, Peggy Lynn Russell; son, Mackey Johnson Flake; stepson, Michael Hart; stepdaughter, Nancy Robinson; sister, Joan Jones; granddaughter, Tasha Caldwell; great grandchildren, Rachel, Anna, and Rebekah Caldwell; and her rescued Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Suzie and rescued Cocker Spaniel, Pepe`. She was a kind hearted, loving person who loved her family, friends, animals, and life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the service begins at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 21 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial may be directed to the Memphis and Shelby County Humane Society.
