Esther Davis,73, passed away June 11, 2017. Born Sept 4, 1943 in Galveston, TX. The oldest of 3 girls born to Morris and Leola Jernigan. Preceded by her youngest daughter, Nicole Baldwin, her father, Morris Jernigan, her mother Leola Baer, her step father, Jennings Baer, her sisters Barbara Haynie and Margaret Jernigan. She was married to Thomas Davis. She had 3 daughters, Patricia Ripley, Jamie Reynolds (Leo) and Nicole Baldwin (Ronnie), 2 step daughters Debra Inmon (Andy) and Tricia Martin (Jamey). She had 8 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She has 1 brother, Jennings Baer, Jr (Jennifer) of Friendswood, TX. She also had 2 furbabies, Bubba and Thunder that she loved very much. In her earlier years, she loved the stock car races and riding dune buggies. She loved being outside, tending to her flowers and playing with her dogs. She loved the Lord and attended West Frayser Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 14 from 5:00-7:00PM with the service to be held on Thursday, June 15 at 2:30PM. All services will be held at Memorial Park.
