Enola Snell's Obituary
Enola Snell, 90, of Collierville passed away October 21, 2018 at Keestone Senior Community in Lawrenceburg, TN. Born November 5, 1927 in Gilmore, KY to the late James H. Lewis and Lottie Basham Lewis. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Julian Ray Snell. She is survived by two siblings, Charles L. Lewis of Bowling Green, KY and Eugene Lewis of Indianapolis, IN., five loving and devoted children, Pamela Snell- Harris, of Lawrenceburg, TN, John M. Snell, Larry L Snell (Maxine) of Eads, TN, Michael R Snell of St. Petersburg, FL, Carol L Seaton (Doug) of Collierville, TN. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, Beverly Molloy (Michael) of Eads, TN, Keith Seaton (Rachel) of Collierville, TN, Erika Valcarcel (Chris) of Bradenton, FL, Julie Kiper (Jason) of Parker, CO, Katherine Poniatowski (Adam) of Gainsville, FL, Cooper Harris, of Lawrenceburg, TN, Arianna Harter of Arkansas. She was a proud great grandmother to 13 great grandchildren. Enola was a fine Christian, a loving preacher’s wife, a devoted, sweet and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed.Her celebration of life and hope of heaven on Friday, October 26 from 10:00-12:00 p.m. with the service to follow immediately at 12:00 p.m.In lieu of flowers if you wish to donate in memory of Enola Snell can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or go to www.alz.org/altnAll services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN 38119 (901) 767-8930. “Celebrating Life… Behind the Stone Wall”.
