Emma Lee Scott Theobald's Obituary
Emma Lee Scott Theobald, 87, died January 16, 2011. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She retired from CBU after 21 years of service and was a long time member of Woodland Presbyterian Church. Her husband of 54 years, George Wright Theobald, and her sons, Donald Theobald and Kenneth Theobald, preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister, Alice Gray Scott Marchisio, and also by her children, William Theobald (Elise), Linda Theobald Hatcher, John Theobald, and Carl Theobald (Tami). She leaves 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18 at Memorial Park on Poplar. The funeral service will be held in the chapel at Memorial Park on Wednesday, January 19, at 10 a.m. Memorial gifts may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Methodist Hospice, or Woodland Presbyterian Church.
