To the Tipton Family I would like to take this time to express my condolences to the entire family. Our hearts are always sadden whenever hear about the passing away of anyone. I know that Elnora was .loved by many so she will truly missed. The many family members and friends will be there to provide you with the necessary comfort. I hope that my brief remarks will do the same. It is of interest to us how brief our lives are. Many years ago, a faithful servant of God asked this question. He asked: If a person dies, can he live again. He went on to provide the correct answer by saying yes. ( Job 14:14) He knew that God is the source of all life. So he could restore life back to people. This should provide all with comfort in understanding God purpose for his human family. His sacred writings tells us how much He really cares for us. He tells us about how he would remove all sickness and death away from the human family. ( Revelation 21:3-4) Even those who have died would have a chance to live again. ( John 5:28-29) From these verses, we can see that God is really concerned about us. Some may find the belief in the resurrection promise too good to be true. Did you know that there are eight accounts in the bible that deals with this wonderful blessing from God? Here is one such example. It is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. In the days to come, perhaps you may get a chance to read over the information. If you do, why not think about how the verses would first apply to Elnora, as God uses his power to restore her back to life. Then think about how the verses would apply to all the family members and friends, as they become eye witnesses of this wonderful blessing from God. So today God is providing you with comfort to get through the difficult times ahead. Yes you will shed tears. But soon you will rejoice and cry out in laughter. And why? Because of the resurrection of Elnora. Remember, God does not lie. (Titus 1:2)
