Ellen Kaye Montgomery Fields' Obituary
Ellen Kaye (Montgomery) Fields, 83, of Germantown, Tennessee passed away February 27, 2024.
Mrs. Fields was born April 14, 1940 in Memphis, Tennessee to Willis E. "Monty" Montgomery and Mary Ellen (James) Montgomery.
She was preceded in death by her husband O.E. "Gene" Fields, her parents and her sister Linda Gail (Montgomery) Kennedy.
She is survived by her two sons: Jimmy Fields and his wife Kay; Mike Fields and his wife Kathy; and a daughter Sandy (Fields) Hunt and her husband Jason. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Katie Fields, Lindsay Whitaker (Eric), Jamie Morrow (Chris), Michael Pannell, Andrew Pannell (Jill), Mick Fields, Mary Jean Fields, Gena Pannell, eight great grandchildren and several close friends.
Family will receive friends and family on Saturday, March 2, 2024 beginning at 9:00 am to 11:00 am with services beginning at 11:00am at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that memorials be made to her church-Covenant Baptist Church, 3170 Houston Levee, Collierville, Tennessee or to the charitable organization of your choice.
