Liz was absolutely beautiful inside and in heart, and out. Never a kinder word spoken. She was most humble and loving. She was so giving, caring, most thoughtful, generous and kind. She was there, for you, regardless of what she was feeling or going thru, at the time, to listen….comfort….encourage……support……nurture……and care what it was you had to express. To ‘let out’. To vent.
She made sure that, at the end of it all, you were left in a great place…..feeling so good about yourself.
In all the times I felt stupid and dumb, due to certain things in my life, and that it was told to me that I was these very things, she took such a spiritual and loving and sensitive approach with just simply talking to me. Holding my hands and not onece correcting me. Just talking to me. In a manner, in a way, without realizing what was happening……she made me feel smart, important…..somebody.

Liz, Miss Liz….my Sister and Friend. There are absolutely not enough words to let you know just how much your ‘passing’, and that it’s 2yrs later, has affected me. I am forever so lost, so lonely, so sad in heart – that I don’t have You, to come and visit….to call up and talk to ! You and I connected in so many ways. Our Morals and Values. Our Christian Beliefs. Family. The Love and the Kindness of Friends, Family and Spouse. And, there were the TV Shows we watched frequently. And the ones we talked about, that we remembered, from whence we grew up. The ones we watched continuously, in the present. The very genuine and simple conversations we had. Never mattered what the topic might be at the time. We just chatted away, like there was no tomorrow. I always so hoped and prayed that it would by You, your Brother Andy , and I…… who would end up, in our ‘golden years’, getting together, sitting together, being together…..and reminiscing, reflecting, remembering, talking and appreciating the TIMES OF OUR LIVES. We Love You. We Miss You.

My memories of Elizabeth usually include music. We spent lots of time playing each other’s pianos and playing piano for school events at Longview Elementary . The last time I saw Elizabeth was in the 70’s at a music concert at Overton Shell. I hope that she continued to enjoy music throughout her life. Cheryl Boswell Aue
