Uncle Eddie was loved by a whole slew of nieces and nephews. He loved to tease us all til we were in tears. But we always went back for more. He would load us all up on his pontoon and take us fishing. We would be pulling bream out right and left along with hung up lines , which of corse he fixed. He would bait our hooks and take our fish off the lines. Will never forget. Never saw him stop doing something around the cabin keeping it very well maintained like his home. I remember his spit can when he was chewing tobacco. I can’t believe our uncle Eddie is gone but now with all the others in heaven. He was the patriarch and oldest of 8 siblings. I remember Eddie as being happy, a lot of good stories about truck driving, smoking or chewing cigars, being loud and extremely friendly! Eddie and Norma seemed to be a very happily married couple. I was blessed and enjoyed being in their presence! Bruce Tate Canyon, Texas
