Edna D. Martin's Obituary
Edna D. Martin, 96, passed away in her home on November 20, 2009. She was born in Padroni, Colorado, migrated to southern California as a girl and lived most of her life there. She retired to Coaldale, Colorado, then to Sparks, Nevada and then to Memphis. She was an avid round- and square-dancer into her 80s. She enjoyed cooking, china painting and doll collecting. She is survived by her husband, Ralph “Bob” Martin, her daughter, Allayne Donnelly Everett, two grandchildren, Richard J. Myers and Cyndee A. Tamburino, four great-grandchildren, Samuel R. M. Myers, James F. Myers, Michael A. Tamburino and Katherine A. Tamburino and her granddaughter-in-law, Margaret Barr Myers. Services will be Monday, 23 November 2009 at 11 a.m. at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church at Yates and Shady Grove Road. Visitation with the family will be prior to the service beginning at 10:30 a.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Shady Grove Presbyterian Church, 5530 Shady Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38120.
