Dura Densmore's Obituary
Covington – DURA LOUISE MASON DENSMORE, 87, of Memphis, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 4, 2012 at Covington Care Center, Covington. Louise was born to John D. Mason and Mary Sue McCormick Mason on July 7, 1924 in Covington, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, June Mason and Mary Mason Ralph, and three brothers, Cecil Mason, J.B. Mason and Charles Thurmond (PeeWee). Louise moved to Memphis in her early teens. She graduated from Mathis High School in 1940. She worked in many different beauty salons for over 40 years. Most of her years were with Golds Beauty Shop. Louise was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 6 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Memorial Park.
