Drayton Beecher Smith II, of Memphis, TN, passed away on February 2, 2026. He was born in Memphis on April 15, 1949.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his deeply devoted and loving wife, Wally, to whom he was married to for many decades.
He is survived by his siblings, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on February 13, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The funeral service will follow beginning at 10:00 am in the Fireside Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Smith’s name can be made to Calvary Episcopal Church
