Doyle Keith Williamson's Obituary
Keith Williamson was born on March 25th, 1963 in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Richard A. Williamson and Ginger Looney Harter. He passed away quietly in his sleep on Friday, August 8th 2025. Keith graduated from Wooddale High School in 1981. He was a long-time employee of Bluff City Jaguar in Memphis, Tennessee. A little known fact is he was a weather enthusiast. Keith was a kind soul who loved people, especially his family and friends. He was the bass player and backbone of the rhythm section for the Backstreet Crawler Band for over 29 years. He was a loyal and devoted friend who would give you the shirt off of his back. Although, quiet at times, he had a great sense of humor and always saw the good in people and in any situation. He will be sorely missed by his family, many friends and fans, especially his bandmates.
Keith is preceded in death by his father, Richard A. Williamson and brother, Craig Wilkerson. Keith is survived by his mother, Ginger Looney Harter, Sisters Pam Hopper (Dennis) and Debbie Fato (Frank), brothers Leon Wilkerson and Noel Williamson (Andee), longtime girlfriend Heather, sister in law Lori, and friends Nick and Dana.
Services for Keith will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 2:00p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends for visitation at Memorial Park Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
