Jane and Leon I was so sorry to read of Doys death. It’s been years since I visited with him but reading of his death brought back many fond memories of get-togethers of my mothers (Vesta Malone Bullard) Roane cousins in Calhoun County, Mississippi Paul and I were very young as were Horace, Doy and many other of you children who were kids of the cousins! My sister Hilda,and brothers Gayle and Fred came along a little later and as I remember it Buford and Odess were with Mother and Daddy when Hilda was born in really snowy bad weather in January! Lots of memories of the Roane family!!

Doy gave me my first job when I was just a kid. He helped all of the kids in Fisherville. When he started his sand and gravel co Just about all of us were working for him. I liked Doy a lot and will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace.
Kim and all the related cousins, our thoughts and prayers are certainly with each one of you during this time of grief from Doy’s passing. We realize that he is in a better condition of PEACE and comfort, according to God’s planning.We will all miss him and his sweet personality.
