Dorriance Kirby's Obituary
Dorriance Kirby, 88, passed away on April 13, 2016. He was a long time member and former elder of Forest Hill Church of Christ. Mr. Kirby was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Geneva, and five siblings. He is survived by daughter, Jo Ann Ammons (Andy), son, Ronald Kirby (Patricia), four grandchildren, Philip Kirby of Memphis, Ashley Garner (Dave) of Memphis, Amy Lemaster (Randall) of Granite City, IL, and Stephanie Ammons, of Memphis, TN, and five great grandchildren. Mr. Kirby was employed by Kraus-Model Cleaners for more than 60 years. The visitation will be held on Friday, April 15 from 12:00-1:00PM with the service to follow immediately at 1:00PM. Memorial contributions can be made to Memphis School of Preaching or charity of donor’s choice. All services will be held at Memorial Park.
