Dorothy Evelyn Hall VanEaton's Obituary
Dorothy Evelyn Hall VanEaton died September 18, 2011 at Kirby Pines Manor at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her parents Everett and Floy Hall, her sister Martha Ann Beatty, her brother William Everett Hall, and her loving husband of 63 years, Leon Miller VanEaton. She leaves one daughter Paula Hanson, son-in-law Charles Hanson, two grandchildren Chris (Linda) and Craig (Kristie), three great-grandchildren Emily, Carrie and Charlotte and four nephews and one niece. Mrs. VanEaton was a member of White Station Church of Christ. She was a loving and supportive wife and mother; she lived for her God and family. Visitation will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home Tuesday September 20th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with funeral services on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family is grateful for the loving care given by the care givers of Kirby Pines Manor. Memorials may be made to Harding Academy of Memphis or Harding School of Theology.
