Dorothy Ann Brown's Obituary
Dorothy Ann Brown, died peacefully on May 20, 2020 in Collierville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Edd Arthur Brown and Carrie Ruth Brown. A long-time resident of Collierville and the Memphis area. Dorothy was born in Eastland, Tennessee in 1925.
She attended college at Tennessee Polytechnical Institute where she was a cheerleader and played on the tennis team. She was a bookkeeper/secretary at Hillcrest High School and Whitehaven Elementary School before retiring.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Terry Jo Brown of Collierville, Tennessee; her son, Marc Lynn Brown of Tavernier, Florida; and her daughter-in-law, Pamela Listvan Brown.
A private family graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
