Doris Graham's Obituary
Doris L. Graham, 85, went to be with the Lord January 8, 2015. Mrs. Graham “Dot” a native Memphian, graduated from Treadwell High School in 1947. She worked for Sears and Roebuck at the Regional Headquarters for over 40 years. When the Crosstown location closed, she went to work as a legal secretary for the law firm of Hodges and Hodges until the year 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Edward Marvin Graham, her parents Robert Richard Prichard and Ruby Ardell Prichard, a sister, Ruby Jo Prichard Bray, a brother, Richard Wayne Prichard, and a nephew, James W. Hodges, Jr. She is survived by her sister, Norma P. Hodges (James W. Hodges, Sr.) eight nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. Aunt Dot will be remembered most for her love and knowledge of gardening as well as her kind spirit. She will be greatly missed by all. The service will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 2:30pm at Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Memphis and Shelby County Humane Society, or the charity of your choice.
