Doris Jean Dalton's Obituary
Doris J Dalton, 84, passed away on January 18, 2021 at Brookdale Senior Living in Biloxi, MS after a brief illness. Mrs. Dalton was born on October 25, 1936 in Wynne, AR.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 25 years, Billy R. Dalton of Bartlett, TN; her parents, Edward Joseph Hess and Anna Marie Hess of Wynne, AR; 3 brothers, Edward Hess, Otto Hess, and Paul Hess, and 3 sisters, Mona Skurat, Norma Hess, and Annette McGuire.
She is survived by her brother, James A. Hess (Tony) of Blytheville, AR, and 2 sisters, Jeanette Lisko of Conway, AR and Earnestine Lindsey or Catoosa, OK. She also leaves many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
She also leaves 2 stepchildren, Russell W. Dalton (Dianne) of Arlington, TN and Diane Kemp (Tim) of Biloxi, MS, along with 3 step grandchildren, Jason Dalton (Sally), Brandon Dalton, Christopher Davis, and Nicole Duffy, seven step great grandchildren, Chase, Blake, Reid, Easton, Greyson, Brannon, and Keaton.
Visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM followed by a funeral mass at Catholic Church of the Nativity beginning at 1:00 PM. The church has requested that attendees to the mass be limited to 50 people or less. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
