Donna Rhodes' Obituary
DONNA EUGENIA RHODES, 65, of Memphis, died Monday night, April 25, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital-Memphis after a long illness. She was born in Jackson, Mississippi to parents, Roy and Holly Wilder and had two brothers, Leroy Wilder and Walter Wilder. She is survived by her beloved sister, Ruth “Noo-Noo” Miles of Ellensburg, Washington, and her lively great-aunt, Edna Carson of Hilo, Hawaii. Donna was a loving and caring wife of 44 years to her surviving husband, Frank Rhodes, and was the most devoted and gentle mother to her children: Frank Rhodes, Jr., Aimee Rhodes and Charlie Rhodes, all of Memphis. She ended her career as a Customer Invoicing Agent with FedEx after 22 years to spend time with her precious grandchildren, Silas, Abigail, Pippa, Jasper and Lainey. She was also blessed with many loving nieces and nephews. The family invites all that knew and loved Donna to visit Thursday, April 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
