Donald Schocke's Obituary
Donald Gene Schocke, 70, of Moscow, TN died of a massive heart attack Sunday, August 16, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Fayette County. Mr. Schocke was a kindhearted family man and devoted husband. He loved to garden and build. He retired after 24 years with the Memphis Fire Department.Surviving is his wife Jean Russell Schocke, his 5 children, David Hazelip (Laurie ) of Kimball, Michigan, Stephen Schocke of Moscow, Linda Hazelip of Charleston, WV, Sandra Aiken (Russ) of Mountain View, AR, and Donna Jean Harris (Dwayne) of Rossville, TN, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, two brothers, Herbert Schocke and Harold Schocke, and three sisters, Joyce White, Mary Schocke, and Cheryle Grisham.Funeral Services will be Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at First Baptist Church Collierville.A visitation will be from 5:30 to 8:00 Tuesday at the Church. Interment will be at Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery.The family requests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
