Mr. Mills was born on March 29, 1940, in Memphis, TN to Gilbert Wade Mills and Tennessee Selena Pippin Mills.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Billie L. Mills, daughters, Donna Alexin and LeAnn Cannon, sons, Don Mills, Jr. and Gille Mills, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
A private service will be held.
