Diana and Barbara were a beautiful couple that were kind and loving to all. They made the world a better place and will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family.
News of Diana’s tragic death is heartbreaking. I haven’t seen her in years, but she was a dear, sweet childhood friend who I was glad to reconnect with on social media in recent years. When we were barely in Junior High, I remember going to her house, putting on our favorite bell-bottoms and halter tops, spending a great deal of time on our hair and make-up, then walking barefoot in search of a patch of wildflowers to photo each other. Diana had a much better sultry look than I did and a heck of lot more style. She was a beauty, an artist, a trailblazer and a special friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends who loved her.
Brooke and family, My heart goes out to y'all, I am so sad to know Diana is gone. She and I grew up together, living beside each other. I have so many memories like our first art lessons together, being at Dee's house after school, dance lessons, even going to the Thorntons family reunion! So many times shared.Diana was a special person who was gifted and loved by our circle of of friends. God bless you all! Roxanna Stuhr-Brown of Florida
Brooke, I love you and am praying for you and your family like crazy!
Diana came into my life 34 years ago and we became lifelong friends. I saw her every three weeks for 28 years before I moved to another state, We continued to stay in touch. Her sweet spirit, perpetual smile and love for everyone she met was what made her so special. Diana adored her grandchildren and spoke of them often with so much pride and joy. The world has lost a beautiful angel.
My condolences to Dianna’s family that she loved so much. I loved Dianna and my heart is broken over her passing. I’m so glad I have one of her paintings. Beautiful Dianna, so talented so creative so loving so sweet so fun so so many things to so many people. To me, my dear friend.
