Diana Mathews Cantor's Obituary
DIANA MATHEWS CANTOR, 58, of Memphis, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. She was born on July 27, 1950, the daughter of Peggy J. Mathews of Nashville.After graduating from Immaculate Conception High School in 1968, she worked at E. L. Mercere Co. for over 20 years and for Jeff Wright Marketing the past 8 years.She is survived by her best friend and husband of 29 years, Irwin Cantor, her son, Joey Barsotti, of Los Angeles, her mother, Peggy, and brother, Guy Mathews, of Nashville, numerous extended and blended family members, scores of devoted friends and her two precious puppy dogs, Cassie and Cody.Diana touched everyone with her compassionate firmness and her unconditional love, and she influenced and enriched countless lives that will remain her legacy.Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2009, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held on Friday.
