Debra Denise Stone's Obituary
Debra "Debbie" Denise Stone, 66, of Mason, Tennessee, joined the ranks of angels after a brief illness at St. Francis Hospital the night of July 12th, with her loving niece by her side. She was a 1977 graduate of Bartlett High School and a spirited former "Wrangler Girl" barrel racer in the rodeo circuit. As her horses aged and became pets, Debbie took up riding a motorcycle and became a member of Southern Cruisers Riding Club (SCRC) Memphis Chapter. Preceded by the recent death of her parents, Charles "Chuck" Stone and Jean Stone, she leaves behind her a brother, Steve Stone (Kay), her niece Heather Campbell (Patrick), adored great nieces Lexi and Lani Campbell, and several other extended family members. A lover of animals, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation in her honor, be made to The Bartlett Animal Shelter, The Humane Society, Paws and Claws Rescue, Dogs 2nd Chance, or a similar animal rescue organization of the donor's choice.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Inurnment of her cremated remains, along with those of her parents, to be held at a later date.
